Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transportation time after dispatch is normally 3–7 business days.
Shipping estimates may be affected by destination, carrier conditions, customs procedures, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds generally appear in the original payment account within 7–10 business days after the applicable approval process has been completed.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers should request an order change or cancellation as soon as possible by contacting service@solvessae.com. We will try to accommodate the request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Eligible products may instead be returned under the Return & Refund Policy.

The website design, text, graphics, product photographs, brand elements, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Shenzhen Weilinna Trading Co., Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
